Q: What is the shelf life of the Whoopie and how should it be stored?
A: As with any bakery items, our Whoopie Pies should be eaten as soon as possible. However, but they can be refrigerated up to 7 days, or frozen up to 6 months. Just allow them to come back to room temperature for best flavor. One of our customers loves to eat them frozen, however.
Q: How and when will my order be shipped?
A: All orders place by 1:00 p.m. CST, will be shipped that business day. After 1.00p.m. CST or on weekends, orders will be shipped the next business day by UPS (Note: UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday) All orders are shipped “ground” with an average of 2-5 days travel time.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express. Your payment is processed through the Pay-Pal system. If you do not have a Pay-Pal account, you may use this system to process these credit cards.
Q: What if I am dissatisfied with my Whoopie Pies?
A: We guarantee 100% satisfaction! Simply contact us immediately. (If your order was shipped to the address given, was undeliverable, or NOT picked up in a timely manner, we will not be responsible).
Q: Are there any ingredients in Whoopies that can cause allergic reactions?
A: Our Whoopies are produced in various flavors in our facility and contain different ingredients (such as soy, nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and gluten) and our facility / machinery does use some nuts.
